Catalogues

You can search the catalogues of the Library and of around 300 other libraries (University of Bologna, Emilia-Romagna Region, Municipality of Bologna, Metropolitan City and other partner institutions). Searches can be carried out by author, title or subject. The UBO catalogue is part of the National Library Service (SBN).

Students may also benefit of an agreement with the Biblioteca Civica Gambalunga in Via A. Gambalunga 27, that provides an extra copy of textbooks for borrowing.

This catalogue allows you to search the catalogues of more than 4,900 Italian libraries. Searches can be carried out by author, title or subject. This catalogue also includes the Library’s own catalogue, as well as that of the UBO network.

This catalogue contains bibliographic descriptions of print and electronic journals held by libraries across Italy, covering all subject areas.
It also lists open access scientific journals selected by libraries.

From here you can query the collections of electronic resources subscribed to or selected for their scientific value.

Each resource is presented by a sheet describing its disciplinary and chronological coverage, access methods and the maximum number of simultaneous accesses allowed.

The resource can then be accessed from the tab; if you log in from a network outside the University, you will be automatically redirected to the proxy's authentication mask to be recognized as authorized users.
